Fine particles may collect around apertures or form soft clusters under ordinary vibration. The system introduces high-frequency mechanical energy at the screening surface, providing another adjustment point when mesh buildup limits the process. Results depend on powder behavior, aperture, feed loading and the selected operating method; an application trial is recommended.

Set a Repeatable Run Cycle

From the touchscreen, the operator can adjust the working level, define the total run time and set ON/OFF intervals. Continuous or intermittent operation can therefore be evaluated against the observed material response instead of relying on one fixed cycle.

Follow the Energy Path to the Sieve Frame

The generator supplies the controlled electrical signal, the cable carries it to the matched transducer, and the transducer converts it into mechanical vibration at the frame. When connecting to an existing machine, frequency, rated power, connector and mechanical interface must be reviewed together to avoid component mismatch.
